You’ve decided to join us on a wonderful journey, but before you pack your bags, there are a few things that you should consider.

The world is a book and those who do not travel read only a page.

Plan Your Journey

Anytime you travel you need to put in a little thought and planning. Consider the following.

Arrive Early

  • Although delays are fairly rare, you should plan to arrive at your destination well ahead of the start of our programs.

  • Think about the ramifications if you were to miss the first day of our event. It’s not too much of a problem if we are in one location. But if you’re meeting a cruise, you should really make sure you’re there early.

 INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

International travel requirements vary greatly depending upon your destination.  Be sure to check with your travel agent or airline about specific requirements.

Vaccination

Ensure your vaccinations are up to date. COVID has made this a moving target so check regularly any vaccination requirements for all countries you’ll be visiting.

Passports

For international travel, you most likely will need a valid passport. And, depending upon the destination, a valid visa.

Note that the passport must be valid for several months past your return date. For most countries, this is six months, but that is a requirement of the country you are visiting so you should check with them.

You can check with the US State Department for specific passport requirements.
